Differences between Prototype and Test Type

Unlike the shadowstalker which was engineered for extreme long range attacks using modified rifles, the test type genesis is equipped with expanded target tracking capabilities meant for mid and close range use. Because of this, the standard armament on a genesis unit is two pistols rather than the rifle a shadowstalker carries. While this sacrifices long range assault power, the small size of the SSE Mk. II units makes them difficult targets to hit and allows them advantages in stealth to close distances to targets.

Positive energy manipulation

While the single Shadowstalker unit went on to develop a void or negative energy field on its own, Genesis was engineered from the start with a positive energy function by stripping the soul from an entity capable of controlling it and infusing her body with it before activation. Full specifications were not acquired before the unit was stolen, but attempts by Tak'nhetian forced to replicate the body resulted in the creation of the Auroran race, which later associated with the already present Voidwalkers. Genesis can use her energy for a number of things.

Multi-target assault

Genesis manifests with tendril like wings that end in three slender tendrils on each wing. Each tendril and each paw can be used for direct lethal blasts of raw energy at up to eight targets or as concentrated fire on less targets. She can also augment her standard weapons with energy charges for more impact.

Flight

In addition to her tendrils, her wings allow her to levitate and fly up to nearly 60 mph without any additional equipment.

Current Stats

Genesis was taken by an entity known as Shadowcatcher and kept as a daughter-like entity. Due to her outright hostile nature and rather unforgiving personality, she was given a new live in the form of a simple mouse druid named Miriam that allowed her to experience and sympathize with a more normal, mortal life.She currently resides as a guardian over a planetoid like Spindizzy known as Avani.
