DefendPlex

DefendPlex is a weapons manufacturer that has a site on Spindizzy as well as other off-world locations. They have generally been anti-SED, and they were the target of several SED campaigns to steal weapons. The company employs a large number of D'Ni mink descendants that aid in the production of weapons and tools with magical properties.

Defendplex produced a number of tools including powered combat shields, energy weapons, and magic tactical superiority devices. Ace has infiltrated the facility as well as Ember so they know something about the underground portions of the site, but Cassie is the only one to know what is really down there.

DefendPLex is also where Cassie as outfitted with her D'Ni arm and magic nullifier after she lost her arm to zombies from the Apsu Zombie Plot.
