A Noble Mission

IN terms of Darkness, what Gluttony has taken on as its task is considered noble. By exposing itself to and consuming aspects of life and chaos, it is corrupting itself, but in doing so, it is reducing the corruption of its brethren. Gluttony does not move with malice or hatred as others of its kind might. It behaves purely out of duty and self sacrifice.

Dream Eater

Gluttony is one of, if not the only, Darkness that can regularly pierce the veil into the realm of dreams and not only survive but flourish. Able to use aspects of the dreams and beings of light or chaos as a poison dart frog uses the toxic compounds from its meals, Gluttony expresses aspects of chaos on its exterior that armors it against attacks by light and chaos of all kinds. In addition, Gluttony is able to enter and consume wide areas of dreams at a time as it flues, and it will consume dream and dreamer alike with impunity until it chooses to move on or someone finds a way to force it out or trap it for a time.
