Books and Things is more Things than it is Books. Set in a modest size warehouse, the front area of the shop where books and periodicals can be found accounts for only about 10% of the store space. Hidden in the back, if you know to ask the front desk staff, is a massive adult toy warehouse neatly arranged by product type. One could get lost in there for a hour or two just browsing what is here is not for the helpful staff that makes it easier o find what you need based on what level of use and intention you have.

In addition to the toys, the shop has a demonstration area complete with simple bedroom settings or more complex bondage setups where it is possible to try some of the equipment. The store also comes with two bottom demonstrators,Kaleb and Tina, who can be used for a modest fee in the presence of Tyler, the shop's dom demonstrator and security staff. This area is also used for a series of webcasts that are can be subscribed to that teach basic safety in bondage play all the way to heavier, riskier advanced courses that Kaleb and Tina star in.
