Purpose

Zelael, or just Zel, is charged with the initial infiltration of a new site and the assessment of their prospects there. It is very hard to tell that Zel is not a living machine because she possesses the second best personality processor that Seiko ever made. She blends in and makes contacts with in multiple levels of society to get an accurate picture of how useful the new location may be to the fleet.

Zel hides most of her reports in plain sight in the form of street art and other artistic endeavors when she can. She is known for painting as fast as she can run.

Summary

Zel is Seiko's elite scout. Most of the time, she will simply appear to be friendly, knows how to get along with almost any demographic, and with a little work ahead of time, she can cozy up to all sorts from street trash to dictators. Most of her work is done on the streets, and she uses art as both a way to hook folks in as well as to leave behind coded messages for others in the fleet. Most people can't tell she is an advanced AI and not a fully fledged living machine. There is only one unit in the fleet with that honor, and it is not Zel. Thankfully, Zel lacks the ability to care about that.

In combat, Zel uses small concealed weapons and other hand weapons along with exceptional speed and agility. Zel is the kind of combat android most do not want to have to deal with. In addition to being good at close and mid-range combat, she is trained and very adept at piloting most air and spacecraft with exceptional aptitude with most mechanical and electronic systems as well. While she could use her skills to infiltrate secure locations, Zel is generally not used for infiltration or deep cover work. She is tall and not too difficult to identify, and that means there are others in the fleet better suited to such tasks.

If Zel is spotted somewhere, then Seiko is probably not far behind. Then the problem is telling Seiko apart from one of her body doubles.
