Character Summary

Vixi at first glance is just an anthro red fox. However, given the notches in her ears and ruffled fur, she's been through a lot. Her almost perpetual look of 'now what?' is the side effect of a rather unusual set of powers. The first is that Vixi is a magnet for bad luck. Having her around is a great thing because you can be sure whatever is coming will hit her first. She is one of the rare ones where their luck is so bad that neither fate nor death will sully their hands with her which means she has and may be around for a very long time.

There is only one thing that really prevents most people from infinitely abusing her, and that is the peculiar field around her that seems to induce mutual suffering when injuring is wantonly caused to Vixi. Breaking her arm would break the assailants arm just as a punch landed becomes a punc landed. Those who shoot to kill her rarely survive to try again.

Vixi's name is derived from the white ice brand of 'XVII' on the back of her neck. She doesn't know where the mark came from or who gave it to her, but the rearranged letters are both her name, and in some cased, it can translate to 'My life if over.' and so the number 13 and the name Vixi both seem connected to her luck issues.
