Personality

Little folk

Tab's personality is much richer and more genuine than most of his model due mostly because of his erased origin data that was replaced instead by naturally learned behaviors. Towards other small folk, he is outgoing and very difficult to tell apart from any other energetic young otter. By the nature of his systems, he excels at mathematics and engineering tasks. After several custom upgrades to his memory and batteries, he can operate for days without charging which makes it easier for him to blend in with others.

Big Folks

When dealing with the world of larger folk, Tab's position is binary with little to now middle ground. For those that care for smaller folk or at least show them respect as living beings, he has respect for them in turn. Given the chance, he is even helpful when he can be. However, with those that trivialize the lives and treat his neighbors as means of cruel entertainment, Tab usually has a plan to teach them a lesson. Sometimes its a lethal one.

Tab realized that his system design has a property to it that it is hard to tell apart from a normal person. If swallowed whole, for instance, Tab is perfectly safe and capable of exacting revenge ranging from using nerve stimulation to cause extreme nausea to deploying a bomb load of viruses such as Norovirus, toxins like botox, and even higher grade weaponized compounds when available. Given that there is a chance someone will bite into him, which will likely breach his internal systems, he has backups, and he takes pleasure knowing they will rather quickly find themselves with a mouth full of burning lithium and toxic gases.

Alternate Systems and Backups

It did not take long for Tab to get a couple of like-minded siblings and other staff to help him build a base of operations. This unique location allowed him to build up several blank clones that he makes available as backups for other units as well as a supply of his own in the event that he has to transfer out after losing or self-destructing a prior chassis. However, there are a few exceptions, and these exceptions are exactly why the site needed to be able to handle "normal" sized people.

Biggun

The biggun are a set of full scale versions of the micro androids that come in around five feet tall. With all the extra payload space even after the extra power and force to run the unit come into account, the Biggun is meant to take everything on a larger scale. Macros are always a threat to cities, and that impacts normal and micro folks the same, and it often puts normal folk in the position micros are expected to endure. is operated with Tab housed in its core so that there is no risk of losing communications with it. The same anti-macro tactics are used in the large frame as in Tab's normal body, and they have specially made additional payloads to be particularly horrible to these creatures including diseases and parasites for which there are no cures.

One-Shots

A number of test units are made as one-off tests that Tab tries out new experiments. Given that there are some larger folk that do treat him and others with respect, Tab has engineered a sort of anti-Slate variant built around the idea of carrying helpful medical payloads. In other cases, Tab will allow himself to be consumed in order that the curious can find out what it is like without sacrificing anyone's life. In these cases, the shell is made to be safe and fully functional in less common environments such as inside a body. There are certain partners that Tab enjoys doing such explorations with, and that has finally added a small gray zone between protect or destroy.
