At character generation one of the following options must be chosen
Bonded
The character is mentally bonded to another sentient character. The skyrrks and the character share a telepathic bond with range of medium. The skyrrks must remain within medium range of their bonded partner to stay in the Waking World. If the character strays out of range for more than Willpower rounds, they will return to the Plane of Thought and cannot be summoned back the Waking World until the bonded partner sleeps. If separated in this manner, the telepathic bond remains but the skyrrks cannot directly influence the Waking World. Bonded characters cannot use force powers unless their partner is force sensitive
Crossed Over
The skyrryks crosses over due to a traumatic event. Those that cross over cannot return to the realm of thought but do not need a bonded partner. Crossed over skyrryks can use the Force (or other local magic type) and typically have Telepathy at short range.
Crossed Over Skyrryks gain the Gregarious Flaw: When the Skyrrks is not in the presence of at least 1 ally in medium range, upgrade the difficulty of all checks by 1.
