Delsin Species
Delsin are an amphibious humanoid species known roughly 4-6 feet tall with a median of 4.5 feet. They are slender, hairless, and have webbed fingers. They are known for their impressive technological and engineering capabilities. These traits are overshadowed by their readiness to to unleash their marvels on other races to subjugate or exterminate them. Military service is not only compulsory, it is a mandatory lifetime occupation with other tasks and specializations added on.
Within the ranks, there is a military meritocracy commanding the highest levels of government and a secondary democratic wing meant to handle domestic issues more than anything else.
